Even though we didn't see what we were hoping to have seen but we still did see some miraculous birds.
For example, at The Tim Jackson Hide we saw 3 Little Egrets and 3 deer, also on the way back from the Tim Jackson Hide were saw a little field mouse hiding in a log, it kept on peeking its head out, we found it adorable!
That's all that we really saw that day, and not seeing our two prime directives made us head upstairs for a hot chocolate and cake, yum!
We also met a nice man who taught us some good words like Lucistic!
In that very same cafe in which we ate in my Grandma left her binoculars, so as soon as we got home she called up and they had still got them!
