Brilliant day though!
This trip, wasn't as focused aorund finding the Bittern but more towards the Bearded Tit. My Grandma and I stood along a bridge with this man and we could all hear the Bearded Tit but no sighting...
But! We did see some magnificent things that day such as some Deer, a dozen Black-tailed God wits, a Common Sandpiper and another Marsh Harrier, we saw the Marsh Harrier going in for the kill into the read bed. So overall that day was in succession! Unfortunately my favourite hide, the Tim Jackson wasn't open! Who knows we may have seen a Bittern in their! Then we headed back off to try and find the little mouse that we have seen many a time, but he wasn't their :( Brilliant day nor the less!
